Minor crash blocks entrance at California and Mariposa

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible minor traffic collision near California Drive and Mariposa Avenue, where one vehicle was blocking an entrance. Both drivers apparently declined medical care, and one person reported only a small knee injury.
