Truck loading disabled car on dark I-80 shoulder, Urbandale IA

00:00

We just had a passerby report there's a truck and trailer trying to load a disabled vehicle I-80 westbound between the 131 and 132 mile markers.

00:11

Onto the trailer, very minimal lighting, very dark out there.

00:15

Was worried that they might get hit.

00:17

Around the inside shoulder, 80 westbound around the 131 and 132.

00:22

Thinking it might be for the silver Monte Carlo that is on lock.

00:25

I'm not exactly sure.

00:27

Copy, sorry, it's hard with all the honking.

00:31

Copy, we're gonna start farther away.

00:34

10-4, thank you.
