Intoxicated woman causing disturbance with injury

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near North Pleasant Hill Road in Upton for a reportedly intoxicated woman with mental health history who was causing a disturbance and appeared to have a laceration from tripping on a concrete block.
