Large debris mound blocking roadway near Jack’s

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible road hazard near a local business by the intersection of Railroad Street and Woodruff Street in Union City. The caller described a large mound of debris in the roadway, and an officer was sent from out of town to check whether it could be moved.
