Tree and power lines blocking Stillwater Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to Stillwater Avenue near the North High Bridge for a tree that apparently snapped a utility pole, leaving power lines and the pole across the roadway and blocking traffic in both directions. Traffic control was requested and the power company was notified.
