Multiple citizens advised that like Tesla with a man, inside with the head back on the seat, flumped over wheel, wasn't moving, was in the middle of traffic. We just got a call as I see was flashing headed towards northbound on Tyson's Boulevard. The fire department is going to check the area. 686. Respond to the area.
