Man found unconscious outdoors later becomes responsive

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical call was made for an unconscious 36-year-old male found outside near East Pleasant Valley Boulevard, Antis Township, at a local industrial site. Responders arrived and later reported that the person was responsive. Security personnel were involved to assist responders.
