At the public parking garage off Broadway that was told too a lot of people for years that was for jury parking. Those individuals were using the straws too blow spit out with straws since you'll have made it public parking and free valet parking before and after construction downtown. A lot of the people gather at the top of the garage and leave trash after spitting von the people downtown sitting in the smoking area. 🙏🙏🙏i didn't and don't deserve too be lied on or lied two nor spit on.
