Woman reports ongoing theft and strange activity

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a location near East Main Street in Treynor after a woman reported ongoing strange activity and possible theft involving a neighbor and another male. She indicated the behavior had been occurring for several hours and possibly for years. No weapons were reported.
