Loose barking dog running into roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a barking dog running loose near Harrison Avenue and Dickinson Street. The dog did not appear aggressive but was seen running into the roadway. Officers attempted to catch the dog and spoke with nearby residents but were unable to locate it.
