I am the person who has been transported to St. Francis downtown. My name is Bryan Bell and have severe COPD. I'm stable now after some excellent treatment from the EMS and SMFD. I'm in the ER now awaiting evaluation from the staff here, who, by the way, are also excellent care givers. I'm in very good hands and that goes far as my treatment unwinds ahead.
