89-year-old woman falls and bleeds after head injury

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical crews responded to a report of an elderly woman who apparently fell and hit her head at a care facility near Bellona Avenue in Towson. She was conscious and breathing but reported to have serious bleeding and remained on the ground.
