This guy has pretty bad schizophrenia and is only about 48-49. He's homeless and just wanders all day, everyday. He has family who love him, and are worried about his safety but all police can do is either arrest him, tell him to "keep it moving" or just ignore. Anybody know Why family can't pink slip him, or take him to the hospital, ask Rescue Crisis (if that's still around) or get a referral to somewhere that can care for him and others who are severely mentally disabled. I mean, is that what the US and ppl who live here do now? throw out the crazy "undesirables" and just arrest them when they act out? *Rinse and Repeat, don't treat* Perhaps, if we treated mental illness like an illness & not a character blemish we'd have happier, safer streets just my opinion tho 🤷‍♀️
