Elderly man with low oxygen and slow heart rate at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, ambulance crews were dispatched to a location on State Street in Tiskilwa for a 76-year-old man with very low oxygen levels and a slow heart rate, who reportedly has a history of heart problems and was feeling faint and weak. Radio traffic also mentioned an apparent verbal disagreement about pet care.
