Intoxicated pair in fight at Tipton residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a possible physical fight between two intoxicated males near Avenue 128 in Tipton. The caller reported one male initiated the altercation by punching the other. Both subjects were reportedly outside on scene.
