Truck with blown tire down embankment into creek

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a vehicle with a blown steer tire that went down an embankment and appears to be in a creek near Dutch Oven Road in the Tie Siding area. The vehicle is off the roadway with safety triangles set out, and a wrecker service is being arranged to assist.
