Car engine fire at Michigan and Fifth streets

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported vehicle fire near Michigan Street and Fifth Street. A passenger car had flames coming from the engine area, which were apparently extinguished with a fire extinguisher, leaving the vehicle still smoking before the fire was reported knocked down.
