Suspicious person in gated pool area on Hilltop Way

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies respond to a report of a suspicious man in his 30s wearing black clothing inside a gated pool area near Hilltop Way in Thousand Oaks. The reporting party does not believe he lives in the area and has requested telephone contact from deputies.
