Male collapses with possible seizures near Thompson Ridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency was reported near County Route 17 involving a 64-year-old male who collapsed and may have had seizures. The patient was conscious and breathing upon EMS arrival and later was alert and talking.
