Open line call with suspicious background noise reported

They have an open line call that was open for four minutes. They were receiving a lot of feedback on the line. However, they did not hear any voices. They disconnected the call. Called the number back. The call was picked up, however they were still unable to hear anyone speak, just received a lot of feedback. Located history with the phone number provided at 17924, Highway 22. 17924 Highway 22. with that number. However, we do have contact with the subject registered with that number in April for trespassing at that address. Copy that up you around.
