Intoxicated man causing disturbance outside Staples

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of an apparently intoxicated man causing a disturbance outside a Staples store in Taunton. The man was described as a white male wearing a red backwards hat and a (description withheld) and was last reported crossing the street toward a nearby parking lot.
