Small roadside fire near John Henry Historical Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of smoke near the entrance to John Henry Historical Park, possibly from a small fire started by a passing vehicle. In a separate call, an officer was requested at an apartment complex regarding an unauthorized person in an apartment and a strong smell of marijuana.
