Female cyclist injured after flipping over handlebars on bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, a female bicyclist flipped over the handlebars on a floating bridge near Scenic Highway and sustained cuts to her face and chin. Pressure was applied to the injuries. Mutual aid ambulance and first responders were dispatched to assist.
