Accident occurred in front of gate one of the state fair, followed the mail to this location. Unknown if it's actually the Subaru, but on cameras right before the yacht call comes in a gray Subaru. Doesn't look like the heavy tinted windows goes west on walling and goes into the parking lot at Fayette.
