Swanton Fire to Flower ER.
00:03
This is Flower ER, if I go ahead.
00:07
Good evening, this is Swanton Fire.
00:09
This is going to be a continuation of the Metamora patient with the chest pain that they called earlier.
00:15
Just want to give you an update.
00:18
Current vital signs are heart rate of 75, strong and regular.
00:23
I did go ahead and transmit a 12-lead a little bit ago.
00:26
Right now I did a repeat 12-lead and it looks like the elevation in V1, V2, or I'm sorry, V2, V3, and V4 has gone down.
00:35
I have an SpO2 of 99% on room air, blood pressure of 138 over 86.
00:42
Patient states that he.
00:43
. . Feels pretty normal now.
00:45
No more chest pain.
00:46
He does feel a little bit disoriented and just a little off.
00:52
I have an 18 gauge IV in the left AC.
00:57
He also said he didn't drink a whole lot of water today.
01:00
Might be a little bit dehydrated, so I do have some fluids going at this time.
01:04
So far, given about 50 mLs.
01:08
Like I said, patient feels much better.
01:10
Other than the 324 mL.
01:12
Of aspirin that Metamora gave,
01:15
I did not give any more medications to him other than the normal saline.
01:20
ETA to your facility is about seven to 10 min .
01:22
Do you have any questions or orders at this time?
01:26
Nothing further over here. Room seven arrival, flower out.
