Small HVAC fire extinguished on Acres Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported fire at a building near Acres Road. The fire was extinguished, and it was later determined to be isolated to a rooftop HVAC unit. Maintenance staff were on scene to handle the equipment issue, and responding units were cleared to return to service.
