Suspicious vehicle leads to contact with owner

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a commercial property on Highmont Road for a possible panic or hold-up alarm. On arrival, they found a vehicle with an open door and contacted someone on the property. The situation was resolved when it was determined the person was the property owner entering his own barn.
