As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies and sheriff units pursued two people in all-black clothing near Pennsylvania Avenue and Hilmar Drive after a reported attempted vehicle theft. One suspect was taken into custody, and officers searched nearby parking lots and fences for a second person.
