Unresponsive, not-breathing person reported at Sun Retreats Campground (Site G40)

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of an unresponsive person who was not breathing at Sun Retreats Campground, site G40, on Lake Road. The caller reported the person was cold to the touch and that there was blood on the ground. Property management was notified and planned to meet responders at the middle gate past the lake.
