Two-vehicle crash with person in cardiac arrest

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported two-vehicle crash with a possible cardiac arrest victim on Conowingo Road near Queens Castle Court and Old Silver Road. Additional units were also dispatched to a separate fall on John Drive near Stephen Drive and David Drive.
