Person unresponsive inside home, possible forced entry needed

As discussed during the dispatch call, unit 711 was sent to a possible medical emergency at a home near Woodstock Lane, where the caller waited outside and the person inside was not answering the door or phone. Fire personnel might be needed for a forced entry.
