Welfare check after contact concern at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a welfare check at a home near Paintbury Hill Road in Strafford after a caller reported that a woman’s vehicle was parked next to the vehicle of a person she has a protection order against and could not be reached for a couple of hours.
