Car crashes off Interstate 5 into tree near Hammer Ln

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and a battalion chief were dispatched for a reported vehicle crash off the roadway into a tree on southbound Interstate 5 between Eight Mile Road and Hammer Lane near Stockton. Units searched the stretch of freeway but initially did not locate the accident. A separate medical fall call was also dispatched to a location on South School Street in Lodi.
