Police respond to disturbance with children crying

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a residence on Martinsburg Pike for a possible family disturbance after a 911 caller reported arguing, yelling, and children crying inside. The caller briefly answered a return call and then hung up while the disturbance and children crying apparently continued.
