20-year-old female fainting after recent neck injury

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible medical emergency involving a 20-year-old female was reported near Silver Creek Lane off Sandusky Road. The patient is conscious, breathing, and feeling hot and clammy. She was recently released after a gunshot wound to the neck.
