He's coming in today with some right lower quadrants abdominal pain as well some nausea, some vomiting. and some diarrhea. This all began roughly an hour and 30 minutes ago for him. He is currently alert. He's oriented. He's vitally stable. Heart rate is sitting at 98 on the finest rhythm on the four leaves. Blood pressure of 110 over 73. Ent title is sitting at 30. Oxygen is sitting at 96% on room air. We did give him 100 microgram of fentanyl as well as full milligrams of girlfriend. We should be about 10 minutes out. Any questions at this time? No question.
