As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a black Kia SUV driver who had been drinking a large amount of mouthwash and then drove away from a city market parking lot, last seen turning onto Pine Grove near Mount Werner. The caller followed the vehicle and believed an officer was nearby, but was not willing to sign a report. This appears to be a possible impaired driving incident.
