From 1520. 77 northbound rest area of a suspicious vehicle. Callers stated they are parked in the truck parking in their commercial vehicle. The suspects are male and female, male with shorts and a gray shirt and female with a tan shirt and purple shorts, possibly in a black pickup truck. Looks like they were taking the top off of a boat, possibly stealing out of the boat. Okay, I'm northbound at the 138, probably there in a couple minutes.
