Man with respiratory distress meets fire rescue in Stanwood

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male individual was transported near the bridge area in Stanwood with respiratory distress, possibly related to COPD, and said he needed an Albuterol inhaler. North County Fire Rescue units were contacted to meet at their station on Pioneer Highway.
