Two small fires reported along Stanwood train tracks

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to reports of two possible fires along train tracks in Stanwood — one near East Center Street and another near the Broadway and Monroe crossing. The fires were reported by Union Pacific personnel.
