Delta medical response with utility issue near Cascade Court

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and medic units were dispatched for a possible serious medical emergency and utility problem first reported near Crystal Lake Road and then corrected to an address near Cascade Court, with the utility company requested to respond on a lower priority.
