Suspicious vehicle parked at church in Staffordsville

It's a grayish blue Mustang with a loud exhaust sitting at the hill at the Staffordsville, Staffordsville Free Will Baptist Church across from (number withheld) Little Mill Creek Road.

Good.

Man, it's just odd.

When he went to the vehicle to see if they needed help with anything, nobody rolled down the window or anything.

He's not really sure what they're doing.

Nobody would respond to him.
