Search for person after phone pings in river

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews are conducting a possible river search near the Springdale Marina after a crash alert and a phone signal that appears to be stationary in the middle of the Allegheny River. Units located a vehicle registered to a person associated with the call near the riverfront and are checking the shoreline by boat and on foot.
