In general, this is a seizure patient in the lobby. At your point in the hospital, 14-5-3 also road on the street railroads on road, time on 1827. Central's nice again. We are inbound here with a young fellow here that was on a motorcycle accident. My standard said that he was going quite fast on motorcycle. Motorcycle was completely destroyed. They were saying probably at least 100, but they don't know. Patient was wearing a helmet, no other protective gear. He did lose conscience and had agnal respirations, witnessed by Springdale Fire Chief. Yeah. He is currently alert and oriented to us GCS of 14. Initially, we're a GCS of probably about 12 or 13. He was very combative. We gave him 5 milligram of Eversed and 100 mics of... fentanyl and he's currently able to have a full conversation with us. He is alert and already, like I said, other than to event. I'm going to open fracture to left medial forearm. He's got some minor kind of rash to his lower left leg, not so much on the right. No obvious injuries to the right arm. Patient's helmet was fully intact when we got there. We cut it off. Currently we have blood pressure 136 over 70 heart rates 140. He's at 90 percent on four liters. We're about to put him on a non-breeder here just due to the medications. Lungs are clear on both sides and his chest is moving symmetrically. No abdominal injuries that are obvious to us this arm. We're coming down which well I think we're probably about five, six minutes away.
