We're currently in under facility non-emergent at this time with an 88-year-old female patient. She's complained as altered mental status. Possibly due to hypoxia, when we first got on scene, saturations were down at like 84 on 4 liters, which typically doesn't wear oxygen on all. Nursing staff critter on the 4 liters. Last known well time, family set around like 9 p.m. tonight. She's now on 15 liters being on re-breather. Sats are up to 100, and she's coming around and able to answer yes and no questions. Whereas she wasn't when we first arrived. CBG of 115. Heart rate is like AFIB, right around 100 to 115. Last blood pressure, 128, over 64. She's not complaining of any pain.
