Minor crash involving two vehicles on Lake Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible minor motor vehicle accident involving a black vehicle and another green vehicle near the 100 block of Lake Street. Medics had not yet arrived when units reported being with a patient.
