Lost phone found after falling from vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units searched near Mill Street and Front Street in Spencerville for a phone based on a location ping. They later contacted the owner, who reported the phone had fallen off a vehicle and had already been recovered, and responders were told to disregard the call.
