66-year-old man with low blood pressure and recent stroke

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units were dispatched to a residence on Virginia NC Road in Spencer for a 66-year-old man with very low blood pressure, lethargy, and arm and leg pain. The caller reported he had recently been hospitalized for a low heart rate and has a history of stroke and brain surgery.
