Reported suicide attempt with bleeding wrist laceration near E 480 Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were asked to stage near E 480 Rd for an unknown-age male who was reported to be possibly attempting suicide and had a bleeding wrist cut. The caller reported they were trying to control the bleeding while county units were en route.
