Suspicious sedan reported and later found vacant

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious sedan on 21st Street in Sparks. The reporting party was on scene, but officers were initially unable to locate the suspect vehicle. A possible tow or follow-up was started for a vacant vehicle related to the call.
